Domino Returns!

Domino magazine, which folded back in 2009 is back!  I'm very excited, yet somewhat annoyed at the same time.  I mean, I love this magazine and have missed it dearly since it folded 4 years ago, but do I really want to fork out $11.99 for one issue?  I pay that for an entire year for some magazines!  FYI:  This issue hits the stands October 8th.  Their website also has a marketplace for you to buy all the items you see in their magazine too.  For more info about the magazine and special new features on their website, visit:  http://www.dominomag.com/

I remember when books cost less than $11.99! I can't think of any magazine that I would pay that for on a monthly basis.

Yes, its ridiculous, but they probably think that there are folks out there who will buy it for that price, especially since the magazine had such a loyal following. As much as I loved the magazine, I cannot justify spending that amount on one issue.

I loved that magazine too (and made a tidy sum selling my copies on eBay when it crashed) but lordy, I can't pay that much for one issue of a magazine. That's bonkers.

Eartha, I know, its ridiculous! I would never pay that much for just one issue. Guess the next best thing is to just check out the website, I'm sure much of the magazine content will be posted there.

I managed to find a copy of the new Domino magazine and quickly checked it out...wasn't all that impressed. Its a lot more like Lonny than the old Domino that I loved.

I'll save my money. At least Lonny is free (except if you want to read it on your ipad, but then its only a couple bucks.)

I went back to CVS where I saw the Domino magazine for sale...doesn't seem to be flying off the shelves like the original Domino. After doing a little reading, there is a Domino website that is advertising their brand and offering items for sale. Apparently the magazine is mainly a supplement to the website that will come out quarterly.
